How can I submit my project?

What type of projects can be submitted?

We accept active Kickstarter and Indiegogo projects as well as fully developed projects in pre-launch.

What are special rewards? What should I offer?

When submitting your project, we advise project creators to offer exclusive reward to our members in exchange for their support.
The majority of projects go with a simple 5%, 10%, or 20% discount for BackerLand members, but others offer reward tier upgrades or free add-on items. For more tips on what to offer as your special reward, click here.

How long does it take to review a project?

We try our best to review projects within a business day, depending on the volume of submissions we get.

How do you promote projects?

Approved projects are listed on our homepage and featured in our newsletter blast sent to our exclusive community of super-backers.

How do you track results?

You can track statistics about your campaign on your BackerLand dashboard (Views, Clicks, Shares, Etc). At the end of your project, the exact BackerLand contribution amount will be calculated after we have verified our members’ contributions.

How do special rewards work? How should I fulfill them?

We expect every project creator to fulfill their special reward after their campaign ends, whether it is a discount, upgrade or additional perk offered. We will contact you at the end of your campaign to identify our member's contribution and our members will contact you directly with regard to the delivery of their special reward.

How do I claim my special rewards?

Members can claim their special rewards with these 3 simple steps:
1) Follow your BackerLand link on our site to the project's campaign page.
2) Make your pledge.
3) Contact the project owner to claim your special reward/discount.
